Encouraging Just checked out RPC's website and found the garbage pdfs were not listed, but in their place a nice new pdf on for the HARP.

And, (be still my beating heart), the bimonthly non-sales progress was taken down.
So, I'll turn towards cautiously optimistic that the new guys care enough to actually make some changes.
Now I have to go and breath into a paper bag to stave off hyperventilation....
