It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

1. The bought below market price
2. during tax loss season
3. when we did not need dilution or capital
4. Chinese are Nationalists not communists per sec.
5. 10% is not a small part of the company, they might even be the majority shareholder or close to it.
