My guess at CX first run of biomass

My guess at CX first run of biomass18 thousand kg's of biomass from outdoor grow. 22 cents a gram. Lets say 30 cents a gram to extract (that is a guess) and 170 grams of THC oil per kg. That would give us 3060000 grams at a cost of 52 cents per gram. At a conservitive sale price of $35 per gram just over 107 million dollars worth of high quality THC oil for just under 1.6 million to produce. This is my ballpark estimate, what is yours?
