RE:Popping ChampagnePopping Champagne?
I am new to this stock and just came across through some of my research. So of course the first thing i did is read as much as possible on it. Yes I have to agree that they may have a green technology that will propel them to the sky but i have seen a lot of these great ideas go to waste sort of speak. Well, in order for any stock to be a great stock you need a good idea and very good management behind it that can execute the business model flawlessly. I was on their website under the tab Investors and then went to Presentation..... found nothing! Other than "update coming soon" My take on this, if you are ready to Pop The Champagne witin the next two weeks and you don't have a decent presentation for potential investors. As far as I am concerned, management is not ready to execute a full business model, not only that, from what i read on this board most complaints have been the lack of news about moving forward and keeping shareholders informed of the progress.
So in this day and age a company needs a good idea and a good management team in order to succeed. My take on this, even if the idea is not that good but the management team is very good, the company has a chance to move positively but I believe the team here is not that good. I say that simply from the lack of information/presentation two weeks prior to start up. So the share price might pop for a little while but it is not sustainable on the long term with a management team that cannot even put out a half decent presentation for an investor like me. I will more than likely buy some shares tomorrow but strictly to take advantage of that little pop. I will then sell them for a quick buck and move on to better managed companies. This is not a long term business i would invest in simply due to the fact that management could hardly manage themselves out of a paper bag at this point. I am sure they are nice people but definitely not good managers.
