1. All their trades worth less than the comission or is in the same order.

2. the "number" of trades in low volatile periods increases (not the net transaction number) to move the price half a cents 

then it is valid to ask the question: what are they doing and who is their client? I appreciate it if you can help me on this.

Yet I do agree that my semi-direct information on the background of Latimer employees and their links to Dundee and Canaccord may played a role in my conclusion.
