RE:I'm outThinking more...
Value of those options sprott gets for free is close to 1.00.
So share price before offering is 4.79 and company sells him shares at 4.60 - 1.00 options = 3.60 +/-. Another brilliant move by management. They blab their mouths off all day long about how their share price is undervalued and then instead of buying shares, they go off and constantly dilute and sell more shares for even less than market value.
Oh yeah, in order to raise cash that they don't need so they can stick the cash in the bank at 2% interest.
Like their last debentures offering... Sell debentures at a high interest rate (plus free warrants of course!!!) so they can stick cash in the bank at 2%. Brilliant.
But hey, don't kid yourself, they will find a use for all that cash! They will pump it into some crappy investments (perhaps their proportionate share of Marmoto and other boondoggles), while perhaps finding a way to skim for their buddies while making those crappy investments.
When you play poker at a table if you aren't sure who the sucker is, well it might be you.
Did great with this stock, was juge into the debs a while back but my instincts tell me to count myself very lucky to be out with a great profit and my hide intact.
Good luck to all those with the courage to hang in there.
Maybe I could call Serafina and get him to sell me some shares for 3.60 too.
