simple observation Can anybody provide some insight about this?
Instinet placed two exactly the same order at CSE and ATS. For sure the order is from one person and probabely it is not from one of their client otherwise the entire order would be shown in one market place. Does it indicate a gatekeeper sit inside Instinet? What are any other alternative explanations?
