RE:RE:RE:OK I’m Done

RE:RE:RE:OK I’m Done TDMAN's argument is illogical:

1. He says YFI is broke.

Me, OK, I'd agree that they don't have that much burn on hand.

2. He says Skafel & Co. are only did the patent so they can pretend YFI is a going concern.

Me, I think TDMAN should ask himself if he knows of any lawyer that gives away their efforts to tech companies for free? And if he doesn't, then he should as himself why YFI would be spending some of their last dollars on a lawyer/s to lock down a patent.

My ideas on this:

Either:

a) Someone is funding them that's close to the company.

b) They don't mind running things close to the edge, as they know they have funding at hand.

c) The company has material things on the go which make any future funding a fait a compli.

What I do know for sure: TDMAN's argument is making him suck and blow at the same time. If the company is broke and can't raise money, there is no way that Skafel & Co. would be giving the last dollars to a lawyer/s.

You're welcome, TDMAN...The logical argumentation is on the House!
