Gold X Mining Corp. is a Canadian junior mining company developing the Toroparu Gold Project in Guyana, South America. i can understand giving warrants to directors, but the sweet deal to Guistra and grand columbia is shameful..they didnt contribute anything, and the warrant execution price was ridiculously a give away
