RE:Minister Rejected Water Use Permit for AmulsarAnd NO response from the company.  Boy, I need a double from here to break even cause I do not want to average down for now..
It might be best to get some kind of deal with the Armenians and get out, but  I'm guessing that aint gonna happen soon. The 20th of December the forbearance agreement expires so we have 7 weeks to get something done or ask for another extension.(and hope it is permitted then.!)
