PONY is land rich and sold raw land, not production, not reserves. They have SIXTY YEARS of 2P reserves at over 50,000 boe/d of production. Market cap is under C$100 million. Leverage to higher NG is already the best of the best of the best. The reason many of these companies have such excessive land and reserves is because the execs are being paid more for managing larger enterprises built via big sums of debt. They're incentiized to max out debt and buy as much as they can. That way their million-dollar salaries look puny compared to the size of their companies.
