On the truly blind can't see that the board have been transparent and run a process to test the market. The shareholders have been given the best opportunity. A live bid from Titan for all to see and then in the background a comprehensive sales process. So much so the Chinese were allowed to drill which has meant Keith can not say Zhaojin were not given an opportunity. But the Chinese have been dudded all over the world so they are cautious and want a step by step process which empowers them and leaves the target weak. The fact they won't put up a binding offer means we are not the right fit and at the right stage for them. Time to get on with it my friends.
