Well that might be true but the ongoing issue is that snn is in serious need of cash to fund their operations and the ongoing delays just continue to underline the glaring inability of management to meet expected targets. Perhaps they should have reviewed the buyers financials closely before making the agreement to sell and be locked into this deal with this apparently open ended closing date. SNN mgt painted themselves into this financially strapped corner and they have a lot of work to do to regain any credibility or trust. Unfortunately, I’m starting to think a painfully low buyout may be in the offing unless mgt can answer the liquidity question very soon.
