RE:RE:RE:Hmmm...The takeover in escrow is enough reassurance for me.  What they paid is less than the current 2 year run rate, so I don't think they overpaid.  I want this deal closed because I think Nevada is a great market.

EAT has more at stake than the state does and it just looks bad now, especially since they have some history of pulling out of deals.
