Unwinding of short shares and timing re ACI

Unwinding of short shares and timing re ACIACI reports that they hope to close by mid 2020 so there is still time for ACI to receive a higher offer.  Thee is also a time value to money so some may want their proceeds now by selling ACI in advance of the close but for th emost part there could be a longish wait towards mid 2020 before ACI holders sell their shares.   Thi sclearly means that ALA cannot include ACI value as part of debt paydown until 2020.  Shorts may remain with ALA hoping for a furthe pull back and not having the cash to pay for it if they are hedges with ACI until they close that deal. So once again some patience needed here before major short covering I think.  Still with the analyst raises and moving to the two strongest quarters lots of time to climb over the next few weeks and months.
