All of tthe negatives enumerated in my previous post are (hopefully) overwhelmed by Agnico's cash, possibly paper. With 115 million shares out, a takeunder at $5.50 would cost $638 million which by Agnico standards is chump change. They could issue 8 million shares which would represent dilution of about 3.4%.
