RE:Check Out The LTRX Conference Call

RE:Check Out The LTRX Conference Call At 27:15 of the LTRX call the analyst asks directly - "Was the company shopped"  to you - any color?

And he gets a vague  answer.

So he rephrases - how did yout and ITC come together?  It sounds like they werent shopped?

And that question hangs in the air just a little too long - until a flat rejection is issued.

"I dont have any comment on their process AT ALL"

Why not?  Seems like a highly relevant question given that they are getting the company for less than 1 x revenues - likley in reality more like 1/2 times revenues once you factor in that they are getting cash and cash equivelants, along with the tax benefits of significant on the books losses ITC has.

An absolute steal of a deal for a company that is growing 26% annually.

Marks is responsible for the deal as he was part of the new committee to look for a deal.

Anyone - and I mean anyone can sell something for half price.  That takes no skill or effort.  I hope we didnt pay Roth Capital anything.
