Spirit buys Bombardier aircraft business...then Avcorp?

Spirit AeroSystems buys Bombardier aircraft components business for $1.1 billion.

If Spirit has an extra $130 million kicking around, maybe it could buy Avcorp too.

Or, for only $38 million, it could buy 30% of Avcorp.

Just a thought...
