that is why I believe there will be a reverse split in the next 6 months. Anywhere from 10-1 to 20-1

1. at this price point means at least 2 times dilution. This is based on assuming price will not drop which is absurd and in practice several fold more dilution is needed. but this is also impossible because if the price drops below 0.5 cents the stock will be delisted. This damage all including Canaccord.

2. but if the stock price first increases to 20-30 cents then only 20% dilution is needed which will not damage the market much but will provide the motive force for the next round of dumping till the next debenture maturity date. This only benefit the Canaccord.

Jeff I know you will continue bashing the stock but I am not willing to talk to you after disclosing your background. So let continue the fight when you come back with your next account.
