Constructive criticism is to be encouraged, but just having a go is not. The BOD appear to be listening to the rightful needs of the minority share holders, let's have the due process be completed. If they is any underhanderness you spot pass it on the Tad (if that's ok).

We must let the strategic process be completed and only then can we get the real value of this company.
