I too have been comparing Ballard Power to Xebec in my due diligence. And even though there are distinct differences between the two entities, there is a lot of common ground also. 

With the two market caps in mind.....$1.7B for Ballard and $138M for Xebec....Ballard only reported $6M gross margin on $25M in revenue the last quarter, while Xebec reported $4M gross margin on $12M in revenue. 

Ballard has been going at this for over a decade and would appear to be fully valued today. And therefore, I would venture to say that Xebec has some catching up to do with respect to a proper valuation.....based on future prospects in a hot sector. 

Xebec is past the 'proof of concept' phase now. :)
