$130m would value AVP shares at about 35.5 cents each. I believe the way it works regarding an offer, and considering Panta owns 68.6% of the shares, is that the minority shareholders vote to accept or decline an offer. Is that correct? It would certainly be interesting to see, under that scenario, if Panta would trump the offer. I'm really hoping the new CEO can continue to keep driving the road to profitability. Hopefully, even turn it into a racetrack. I always wonder too, with all their facilities and capabilities, if they could turn their considerable expertise towards also doing general carbon fibre component manufacturing, for things like automotive, industrial, and marine. A nice contract with Electromechanica, or Tornado Hydrovac, or any of many others would be a huge plus. In any case, decent profitability would certainly drive the share price well towards, or higher, than thirty five and a half cents. I believe Panta well knows that.
