That's reasonable. It would be tough to see a scenario where they don't "take" the extra 20%, for Blue also since that extra stake includes more than double the spending, environmental permitting and pre-feasibility. For what it would cost them, I'd think it's most likely a certainty and it's their option. The deadline to make such a decision is approaching (30 days from closing?), so having been in Blue's corner, for the past couple years, I'd hope all the work laid out is pushed through. Looks like this play is as I had envisioned from the beginning, patience pays, but can be a challenge.
