I compared the quarterly fiancial statements....the timing for the SugarLeaf deal closing was July 24, 2019 so any "inventory" gains held by SugarLeaf are going to be reported this Nov 11.

IF that was well planned in advance to not reveal SugarLeaf's inventory of any CBD bulk or CBD products, THEN it has potential to be a source of "surprise" on Nov 11.
