email i got from paul carroll yesterday I’m please to advise on progress from a Bravio perspective. I cannot comment on your stock holding position with regards to your original investment in LG. Bravio has had its shareholders meeting as per LG’s latest shareholders update. LG will formally notify the market in due course of progress, specifically when we receive full court approval for the transaction to complete. The date for the court hearing was Friday however due to overrunning timing at court our hearing was rescheduled for Wednesday. Once we have the transaction judgement, LG will notify the market on various accounts of progress deliverables including our transaction closing schedule. I can confirm once we receive full court approval we will progress with the RTO as per our legal / advisory team sets out. We anticipate within a few weeks after we receive full approval to transact we can tie up the transaction and request for unencumbered reinstatement. We do understand timing is of the essence and shareholder frustration is sometimes warranted in these complex RTO cases. I can confirm that Bravio has taken every step possible to sustain a successful combined business, additional time was taken to bring LG back into good standing, also to confirm the proposed commingling (as destined in the LG circular) will progress at pace once we are trading as one.
