How to view ALA and toward the end of the year

How to view ALA and toward the end of the yearThompson services moved ALA to an eight (8) today the highest level of the year.   TD has the AFFO equivalent to earnings per share to 1.27 by year end and Morningstar now has a fair value at  23.29  - although their model is very dynamic and changes based on momentum etc.

Retail holders should now go on a selling strike as this becomes of mor einterest to institutional players.   Many are waiting for the year end credit ratings reports to see if ALA receives a higher credit confidence rating and there are many signs it will.  Shorts may begin buying back in small quantities to try not to cause a spike.  Until the new operational estimates come out later in the year with the possible dividend increase ( not a high percentage chance immediately but during the year yes)

So there are several biases upwards including the low interest rate environment.  You should be careful not to let your shares go too cheaply here as several factors could signal an upward adjustment toward book value which might see 21.50  So  my advice sellers should go on strike      selll options for extra income but only on a paortion of your position  . YES this is self-seeking advice becasue I am very long   but I am long because I believe my own advice.   GL
