You shop it and cross it. Strategically would have been in the works for months. 

He is going on some agenda. Hidden until further notice. But it is stupid. He is shooting himself too so its desparation. Funny that. 4.7 million shares and acting desparate. 

Smart people can sit on their holdings and wait for news to sell into. You know like professionals do.
