RE:RE:Aveda Earn OutOne counter argument is that they were in fact accruing the full earn out amount as of last quarter.

I guess we will find out in a week what is going on and what is to be with our money.

Based on how this horrible stock has performed since the acquisition, the earn out would break me even and I would be happy to tap out and let someone else baghold this company to recovery.
