It looks like the effects

on the sp for contracts announced wouldn't
  start to be realized until each 1/4 financials
  come out starting with the one at the end
  of this month.
I'm sure that's what the bigger guys are thinking and doiing
   as well!
By the way this feels MRS can announce all the contracts
  won that they want with no initial sp effect because of all
  the unclarity and confusion around the announcements.
-initial start of revenue from contract
-time perioid of contract
-margins
etc
Nothing will be truly confirmed until the financials the way I see it
So we wait it out or move on!
The secrecy is very annoying for sure but if you trust your gut (I guess I do)
   you stick it out!
