RE:Two numbers I will be looking at in Q3

RE:Two numbers I will be looking at in Q3Company cannot run efficiently in todays world if there is not sufficient staff to keep up with the paper trails.   A lot easier to replace and train  mill workers than it is to find and train those who are educated in the office.     A mistake made by a member of the labour force can cost a few dollars till caught.     A mistake in or late filings, permitting, information provided to managment, break in the paper chain,  can cost the company  millions.   Not including penalties by government.

The first thing to watch is the Dividend  Paid or not when the company is now down.   If it is temporarily cancelled.  It would signal the company pretty set in not capitulating to some of the overbearing demands the union has put forth.   And they are preparing for a lengthy fight.

The EPS will no doubt be negative.   Saving $8 Million a quarter saved with no Div. is over $32 Million a year.   And helps the financial picture expotentially.
