Endeavour Mining plc is a United Kingdom-based multi-asset gold producer focused in West Africa. The Company has five operating assets consisting of the Hounde and Mana mines in Burkina Faso, the Ity and Lafigue mines in Cote d’Ivoire, and the Sabodala-Massawa mine in Senegal, two greenfield development projects (Assafou and Kalana) in Cote d’Ivoire and Mali and a portfolio of exploration assets on the highly prospective Birimian Greenstone Belt across Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, and Guinea. The Hounde mine is located in the northern part of the highly prospective Hounde Greenstone Belt, approximately 60 kilometers (km) south of the Mana mine. My thesis FWIW is this: I note that they've moved the corporate HQ to London last year. A London listing seems highly likely to me. But, to get the stock a decent rating and good PR before launching on the London market, they need to start paying a dividend, IMO. From the results/presentation and today's call, management reiterated that their focus was on getting the debt down - not rushing to build new mines. They're targeting net debt:EBITDA of 0.5x. I reckon they should get there by the end of 2021 - and can then start that dividend (they talked about producing returns for investors in the call today, when asked about their capital allocation strategy).

A launch in London should get EDV the recognition it deserves and a higher rating.

In the meantime we can keep fingers crossed that they make some good discoveries and have a good pipeline of potential value-additive projects for the future.
