They’re doing quite well. There are tax considerations with flow through shares. Depending on the province, typically when considering tax breaks, their “break even” point is about 60-65 % of the share value. So these $5.45 FT shares as essentially “in the money” at about $3.75 or so. That’s why FT shares are typically priced about 25-30% higher than regular units. At the time that financing closed for $5.45/share, the sp was in the low 4s.
