RE:Keystone Pipeline LOCATION OF LEAK Has NOT Been Identified ?

I read it as the exact source is unclear but it doesn't really matter as they're going to replace the whole section and figure it out later in a lab.

This should be < 2 weeks to repair... as long as some environmentalist lobby doesn't get in the way of restarting it. Which is unfortunately likely.
