Owned MKP for a LONG time. A little set back about 1 year ago, but things seem to have settled down a bit and they have a new CEO and CFO in place. Insiders have been buying which is something that I watch very carefully. If they are buying, I am buying. I am happy with the current yield. The BOC considered a rate decrease as insurance, but decided to keep it steady for now. I don't see them increasing the rate anytime soon which should bode well for all the REITS.
Lets see what the earnings reveal.
