I read the SEDI filing as reporting that he exercised 100,000 warrants, and that although he filed the report on 11/6/2019, the actual transaction occurred on 6/28/2019. Is that correct? If so, why the delay?

Also, do you know why Concept Capital has not (at least from my reading of the SEDI information) filed to report the rights exercise which they reported by press release?

I must admit that I have difficulty understanding SEDI reporting requirements and actual reporting, so any light you can shed on the matter is appreciated.
