RE:RE:Quick Rule 36 Decision on Polaris Patents vs Kingston

charm7, need to do your dd. This case was an IPR at the PTAB that ruled in favor of Polaris (Wi-lan). Go figure.

Kingston appealed the decision to the CAFC and got slapped back with a Rule 36.

Polaris is the Qimonda portfolio acquired from Infineon back in 2015. It has been very fruitful for Wi-lan, so this is a good win.
