Nothing happening until Laval licence is issued by HC.  After that, who knows.  MYM may need joint venture participant or partner to complete the facility.  Facility must be completed before final readiness application can be made to HC.  Rules changes last year.  Under prior rules, MYM could have built Weedon in stages as originally planned.
