RE:RE:RE:When is someone....

FYI, much of the wages (salary) was due to employees at NOVAerial. I was an employee, and at it's highest point I think we had 8 people total. More than half of them being degreed engineers and 3 of them being Master's Aerospace Engineers.  Yes, the wages did increase quickly, as I was directed, that all occurred between Jan 2018 to June 2018. These were real people, with real skills, doing real jobs. I insisted on everybody being an employee rather than contractor as it was the right thing to do for the company, and I was obeying the law.

You've seen my salary as published in the financials.  I received no other salary, consulting fees, bonuses or anything else. Oh, the company did pay my cell phone bill.  My wife did do consulting. She did all the accounting for NOVAerial.  She is a degreed accountant and works in a public accounting office so is qualified for the job. I think she was charging $50/hour, and only billed like 10-20 hours per month or something silly like that.

Probably sounds a little defensive, but I'm just laying it out there. I'd be happy for NOVAerial to be auditted as there's nothing untoward there.
