Someone call a PHD! lolIf I'm understanding this correctly, this is yet another exciting and important development. The abstract looks like it's outlining that by combining ONC's Pelareorep with a Protease Inhibitor (of which there are a good dozen approved and on the market) it makes ONC's reovirus an even more effective killing machine of Multiple Myeloma cancer cells.
Those who follow the biotech space or pharma in general are probably aware that pharma companies took AIDS from something that was a death sentence to something that with the right cocktail of drugs (of which Protease Inhibitors are usually one) AIDS has become a chronic but manageable condition.
Holy @#$@!, what if ONC's reovirus in combination and with PIs and leading Immunoncology agents could do the same for Cancer?
