Courts Fees and timelinesI confess that I have a hard time catching up with all the documents filed in the various courts records and cross referencing the testimonies and facts between all these files.
I wonder how many can? Even with My69 referencing one paragraph at a time, it is very difficult to understand the context of the allegations cross-referenced.
For example, on November 5th (2 days ago), My69 posted on many occasions:
6:24pm;
5:56 pm;
5:41pm;
5:01 pm;
4:50pm;
1:20pm;
11:52 am;
11:24 am;
10:31 am;
10:21 am;
10:07 sm;
9:44 am;
6:10 am;
2:37 am;
2:31 am;
12:35 am.
Far from me to imply anything with respect to the amount of times that he posted or the actual time that he did it. Everybody can do what they want with their own time. Actually on the contrary, My69 is pushing the DD that investors should do to another level. Right or wrong, his interpretation of the dispute are analyzed and documented.
One point though that bothers me...Have you considered how much time it takes to verify all the allegations in all the jurisdiction, cross reference them and verify them? How much will it cost to UCU in legal fees? How much time will it take to all parties to do the same exercice (on both side) and then how much time will it take for a judge to come up with a decision and analyzed the evidence on both side?
I do understand that for now, UCU has no choice but to raise these issues in front of the courts. There does not seem to be other short term solution. SX seems to be a temporary solution that they can be implemented in UCU's business plan (post MRT) thereafter if needs be. But now that both parties ventilated in legal proceedings, accused each other and spent a fortune in legal fees, can we now explore other options? Can a mediation be envisionned, or any sort of alternative dispute resolution mechanism...
Lawyers are making money, precious time of the executives is squandered in legal proceedings and the business is not advancing as fast as it could go given the legal constraints.
Given the number of proceedings and the considerations above, I think that most people commenting on this BB are way too optimistic in terms of the timing of the resolution (of the legal issues). I really hope that the parties can sit together and find a way to resolve this asap. Might be wishful thinking, but it would be way less damaging than these legal proceedings...
