It also has two new projects in Europe, comprised of the Gierre Solare Project, located in Lazio, Italy, and the NM Solare Project, located in Lazio and Umbria, Italy.

Do you not think that posting to SEDAR is sufficient dissemination due to most newswires (Canadian Newswire, Rueters etc) being customers of SEDAR and they are actually paying for the right to use your announcements. The annual cost to SEDAR for a multi-jurisdictional issuer is $C845.00 + GST. The annual fee allows you to make as many "press releases" as you want without additional costs. Certain regulatory announcements are subject to extra costs, and a list can be found within their filer manual. I guess we should call Bill Fogg and confirm that he is pickit, and if true then your presence on this board is very welcomed, encouraging and appreciated. Seasons Greetings!
