RE:I guess this explains the run up!I'm confused. 

CROP insiders spend actual additional cash to buy MYM shares on the open market and with the wave of a magic wand and the casting of some fairy dust, those MYM shares turn into golden parachutes?

Obviously, this type of hyper-sophisticated trading technique is beyond the grasp of my Neanderthal securities knowledge.  Can anyone help me spot the windfall profits in this?
