If it is such compelling opportunity why do not you buy shares by yourself. If I know this company from inside and have easy 40% plus jusy 8% divident I would kill to buy this shares right away. Somethig is wrong here , the reaction of the market after wonderfull reports is at least weird. The other thing is why did you buy Cominar sh*t are you somehow dependend from Cominar It was against shareholder interest. Somebody should sue you for that ..that was the point where price start to deviate from the NAV....
