RE:RE:RE:wow dodged a bullet there....we just collappsedThe entire reason this stock is garbage is from the presence of Glencore. It's no small detail. You'd have to be pretty blind to not see that Glencore has been fleecing retail shareholders of KAT at every opporunity: usurious interest rates on debt owed to itself (how is that not a conflict of interest?) siphoning out all potential profits when the mine is operational, recapitalization of KCC by moving the debt to Kat (same debt ultimately owed to Glencore) to please the DRC, a board completely controlled by Glencore with no retail shareholder representation or even the pretense to care about them, etc. And honestly, why wouldn't they keep doing it if they can get away with it so easily? The buyout fairy tale has always been that: a fairy tale.

"Accordingly, Glencore is not committing any new monies (sic) to Katanga as a result of the Rights Offering." They win again.
