I've had the feeling for a while now that the stratetic review isn't about finding suitors, but doing a jig to make it look to regulators like they are acting impartial. This is purely speculation on my part. So when they finally finish the review they can say 'hey look, nobody is interested. Welp guess Titan is the best option'. Can they release the detail of the offers if NDA was signed? Or they can just tell us that they did not reach any agreements.

It doesn't make sense that they would push the exchange to let Titan take over the promissory notes.

Also strange is the share price action. Titans never falls below 15c despite their bleak finincial outlook, and Core can't break through 25c. It's like theirs wall there to kep the 2:1 offer looking legitimate, even though Titan has few assets and massive liabilities. The original offer was thrown out by the courts.

I don't know what is going to happen. Hoping for the best but like you I am very skeptical based on past actions of the board.
