The company has been fleeced for years by Jan who has been filling her pockets with options and warrants.

Meanwhile whoever bought in the last 10 plus years has suffered.

All we hear about is potential. Well potential doesn't make the company. We have seen it time and again.  

This has become nothing more than a day trading vehicle with Francine pumping it to perpertuity (I wonder what her dollar cost average is over the last 5 years).
