RE:Westleaf merges with WeGrow BCWhy is this a good deal SoCal? Isn't this exactly what I said would happen months ago? They're being picked up for pennies on the dollar. 3 board seats for WeGrow and 2 for Westleaf, and the new CEO is from WeGrow.
