Is the air canada deal going to be done in May 2020?

Is the air canada deal going to be done in May 2020?New here. Planning to grab some shares in my TFSA and hold till May 2020. It is still a guaranteed 12% from here if the deal really goes through. 


But there is still that 1% uncertainty, right? So how is everyone's opinion?
