I just listened to the conference call.   Managment said that some of the feed in Q4 and even possibly Q1 2020 are at last year's TC prices.   The TD analyst was incredulous about the latter and management's refusal to discuss possible future distributions.  I have owned shares in more than 100 companies over the last 35 years I have never seen less responsive management or a more useless board.  I still like the story, and bought more shares last, week management says they expect TC to go up next year based on analyst's forecasts.

It would be nice to see more institutional ownership to hold management 's feet to the fire.  Last I looked institional ownership was down as no doubt they became fed up with management.  I don't see why another company possible a Chinese group couldn't buy this plant which is worth at least 5  -10 dollars a share. As an aside we are getting to the point of the year when the Chinese smelters have shutdowns to reduce pollution.
