Calculating Tinley's future burn rate via previous financials is a mistake.
Tinley no longer has the costs of building a bottling facility capable of producing 12M bottles per year, it's finished!

So, you can remove those expenses from the future financials except the lease & the costs to run a bottling facility..

Also, Tinley didn't have revenue to offset expenses before, but going forward they will, and Rick Gillis mentioned earlier in the year Tinley may be cash flow positive by as early as next year, and recently at the Beverly Hills presentation Jeff suggested 7 digits a month is likely in the future. I'm paraphrasing.

And by the following summer the Safe Banking Act will likely be passed, so raising money shouldn't be a problem, "for Tinley."

Tinley doesn't have any debt, and We're not a Canadian LP on their last leg in the Cannabis sector.


Tinley created their own category with non alcoholic liquor inspired thc infused beverages, and they're literally the definition of "trend setters" who've been at the forefront of infused beverages for many years; while 99% of the other companies in this space were thinking of growing grass that's becoming a commodity & one of the cheapest inputs to Tinley's products, Or they're not pure plays on beverages.

Tinley's recently turned down a mainstream distribution deal for Hemplify, clearly management feels like they have "Bigger Fish To Fry."



Meanwhile,
other companies entering this space haven't even tested the public market with infused bevies yet, and in some cases they're still formulating recipes etc..

Tinley's very underestimated & everything they've done thus far is often overlooked as simplistic in nature, when it's not.

In fact, we've seen companies like Tilray & Anheuser-Busch InBev each invest up to $50 million USD,  for a total of up to $100 million USD to figure out how to create enjoyable cannabis beverage products!   AB InBev and Tilray Announce Research Partnership Focused on Non-Alcohol THC and CBD Beverages


Tinley's already done the best type of research possible, which is proving real world demand for a category they've pioneered.
